Here you will see important policy documents, plus an acknowledgment page to print, sign + turn into your supervisor.
The Team Member Handbook contains all of the
information about our policies and procedures. You are expected to read it thoroughly and to refer to it for clarification when dealing with an issue it addresses.
To make it easier/quicker for you to get to the Code of Conduct, Dress Code, Social Media Guidelines, etc., we have created PDFs for each one, using the information found within the handbook.

MEDICAL BENEFITS
DIRECT PRIMARY CARE
For more information on The Joinery’s Group Direct Primary Care Plan with Lakeland MD, click the link below. This is a monthly subscription service with a primary doctor (see what is included here).
Your cost is $50/month for you (add your spouse for $79 and/or add up to 2 children $79). This will be taken out of each paycheck (approximately $23/paycheck).
Modifications to this plan can be made quarterly
with Madison (the first of January, April, July, and October).
DENTAL & VISION BENEFITS
OMS offers both Dental & Vision Insurance options for team members who work full time (a minimum of 30 hours/week). For more information on these benefits, please reach out to Madison.
MEDICAL COST SHARE COMMUNITY
If you have a monthly subscription with Lakeland MD (above), we have a special rate for Sedera, a Medical Cost Sharing Community.
