PRIVATE EVENTS AT DEPOT 303
We offer two distinctive event spaces, each with its own size, layout, and character. Ready to reserve? Select your space and complete the short questionnaire. Once we’ve received your details and deposit, we’ll follow up with everything you need to prepare for your event.
THE PLATFORM
Host your next gathering on The Platform, our fully covered and screened outdoor patio! With seating for up to 60 guests, it’s the ideal spot for parties, celebrations, and special occasions.
$200 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
THE STATION
Step into The Station, our welcoming indoor space with both formal tables and cozy lounge style seating. It fits up to 50 guests and offers a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere.
$250 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.

HOW DOES THE FOOD WORK?
Aside from specialty desert items (i.e. birthday/wedding cakes), outside food and beverages are NOT permitted. However, we do have a few great options in house to provide food & beverages for your guests!
Let everyone handle their own food costs by purchasing from any of our delicious restaurant options, while they enjoy the exclusive space you’ve reserved!
Purchase Depot 303 Gift Cards for your guests to use throughout the space at any of the restaurants or bar. You can set whatever dollar amount you’d like to provide for your guests, typically $15-20 per person for food. (our most popular option!)
Catering from one or a few of the restaurants inside Depot 303. We will organize, setup, and clean up after, so you and your guests can spend time in your space and have the food brought to you! A good rule of thumb is to plan on $10-12 per head for food ($12-15 if you include soft drinks), adjusting slightly up or down, depending on your group & event type. WHAT ABOUT BOOZE?

Let everyone handle their own booze at the beautiful Depot 303 Bar!
Open a tab for your group and settle up with the bar at the end! This will definitely ensure your group has a lively and memorable time at your Depot 303 event.
Limit your tab with a dollar amount or drink tickets! This way you can let your guest cut loose, but still make your next car payment!
WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH THE SPACE RENTAL?
The rental fee covers the cost of using your exclusive space. Food & beverage options are not required, if guests will be purchasing their own. Outside food & beverages are not permitted, aside from specialty dessert items (birthday/wedding cake, etc.)
HOW CAN I LOCK IN MY SPACE?
We ask for a 50% deposit on your space rental, up front, to lock in your date. The rest isn’t due until 48 hours before your event.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD & BEVERAGES TO OUR EVENT?
Depot 303 is a shared restaurant space, so we do not allow outside food or beverages with the exception of cakes or specialty desserts. We are home to 7 fantastic food vendors and a self-serve drink station to keep your guests happy and refreshed. If you’d like to provide food & beverages for your guests, we have two options for you—Gift Cards or Catering. A good rule of thumb is plan for $12-15 per head if you go with catering & soft drinks, and $15-20 per head if you plan to pass out gift cards.
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN ALCOHOLIC DRINKS?
No outside alcohol is allowed, but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Our full bar offers beer, wine, cocktails, and several packages to match your event. Guests can be on their own for alcohol (hey, we’re all adults here…), we can provide you with drink tickets to pass out which will help limit your bar tab and ensure all guests get a drink, you can set a specific dollar limit for the bar tab, or leave it open and party it up! Alcoholic beverages will be paid for at the end of your event since all bar options are based on consumption.
HOW LONG DO WE HAVE BEFORE & AFTER OUR EVENT TO SET UP & BREAK DOWN?
We give you a 20-minute buffer on both sides of your event for setup and cleanup. Need a little extra wiggle room? You can always book an additional hour to make things stress-free.
CAN WE DECORATE FOR OUR EVENT?
Yes! We love seeing your creativity shine. Go ahead and decorate however you’d like, just skip anything that could damage the space (nails, screws, etc.) or leave us with a big mess (sorry, glitter and confetti lovers, we’ve learned that lesson the hard way!). Flameless candles are welcome, but no open flames.
CAN WE BRING IN LIVE MUSIC OR A DJ?
Sorry, we are not licensed for live music or outside entertainment. But good news, you can hook up your own playlist if you book our outdoor patio space, The Platform. Plus, we’ve got a microphone available in both spaces if you need it for announcements or a little emcee action.
WE BOOKED THE PLATFORM. WHAT IF THE WEATHER DOES NOT COOPERATE?
Our outdoor patio, The Platform, is covered and screened, so most of the time your event is good to go rain or shine. But if there’s extreme weather (think tornado or hurricane winds) or temps dip below 40°F, here’s the plan:
If The Station (our indoor space) is not in use by another private event, we’ll move you right inside.
If The Station is booked, we’ll help you grab tables inside Depot 303—but those are first-come, first-served, and we can’t rope off or reserve sections.
